Vol #9 Takes the MOSS board in a different direction from the first MOSS special. For most patches we turned off the Arpeggiator and concentrated on sustained (non-rhythmic) type sounds. There are several physical model instruments such as Reeds (clarinet, flute, sax), Organs (rock, gospel, jazz), Electric Pianos (Wurli's and Rhodes), Acoustic Guitars (plucked) and Strings (bowed and plucked).
There are also several unique synth textures and classic analog and digital synth models. A mix of synth leads, basses, pads, keys and brass. You will also find a few rhythmic patterns and special effects that we liked so much that we had to include them too.
Since most of the sounds are sustained in nature the soundbank will translate well into the Korg KARMA. Triton "Sustained" sounds work best on the KARMA since it does not have the dual Arpeggiator's.
The MOSS is only a six voice instrument and we did not create any combination patches. Combinations quickly use up many voices and would not work well with only six voices.
